I'm a recent convert to Canon system, and have an EOS 70D, with two zoom lenses covering 18mm to 300mm - I'm also an amateur!
I enjoy photographing wildlife - particularly birds, and want to be able to extend the 300mm lens. I cannot afford a Canon extender,
and recently bought a Canon TL-46 tele - extender = quite cheaply. It has not yet arrived so I cannot try it out. However, I have sinking feeling
that it will not fit the 85mm filter thread.
Am I wrong?
Is there any way that I can attach both extender and lens - perhaps with an thread adapter?
If so, what size/type would I need?
Finally, would it be a waste of my time any way?
